We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard. Online payments are handled by a secure payment gateway.

All reservations must be cancelled in writing to the respective source of reservation. On Flexible rates, there is free cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs later, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the reserved product.

No shows, where the guest do not turn up for their reservation, the no show fee is 100% of the reserved product.

If a customer wishes to make changes to booked services, it needs to be done via the source of reservation. Cancellation policy applies to any changes made later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Check in from 14.00 until 16.00. Arrivals later than this, please contact MILIMA at info@milima.co.za as the main gate close at 20.00.

Check out before 10.00

Any claim raised against MILIMA shall be settled in accordance with Danish law, due to the fact that the lodge is Danish owned. Claims or legal actions that cannot be settled by the Danish Travel Appeal Board shall be adjudicated by the Danish Maritime Council.

• All Children younger than 12 Years cannot do Bush Walks.

• All Children younger than 6 is not allowed to drive in the open safari vehicles on the National Roads.

• Children less 3 years can stay in parents bed or baby cut free of cost
